How long does the whole process take?
From order to delivery, most Photo Bats™ are completed in 7–14 business days. Rush options may be available — contact us if you have a specific deadline.
What if I don't like my proof?
We offer unlimited revisions on your proof. We won't start production until you're completely happy with the design. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
What photo resolution do I need?
We recommend at least 300 DPI at the intended print size. Most modern smartphone photos are more than sufficient. Our design team will let you know if your image needs improvement.
Can I order multiple bats with the same design?
Absolutely. You can order up to 50 bats per order. Bulk orders of 10 or more may qualify for special pricing — contact us for a custom quote.
Are the bats functional or display only?
Our Photo Bats™ are made from premium maple and ash wood — the same materials used in real bats. They can be used, but most customers choose to display them as keepsakes.
Do you offer white-label or wholesale programs?
